A light and fluffy butter chiffon sponge layered with our signature Earl Grey tea cream and rich pistachio ganache. House-made apricot jam and premium Turkish apricots bring vibrant fruitiness and a gentle tang, adding depth and freshness to every layer. Delicately balanced and never overly sweet, each bite unfolds with elegant Earl Grey aromas, nutty richness, and the natural sweetness of ripe apricots.

Allergens: Contains eggs, milk and flour.

Ingredients: Whipping cream, eggs, sugar, flour, corn oil, Tamara cherries, chocolate ganache.

Please remove the cake from its packaging and refrigerate it at 0–5°C.

We recommend consuming it within 1–2 days.

For best results, be sure to refrigerate the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Please keep the cake flat during transport. We recommend placing it on the car floor mat. Do not transport the cake by motorcycle.

Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Please refrigerate the cake as soon as possible after pickup.
