As all cakes are freshly made to order, refunds are subject to the following terms:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before fulfilment: You are eligible for an 80% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours of fulfilment: No refund will be provided, as cancellations are not permitted.
Production & Dispatch

Once production has started or your order has been dispatched:

Refunds are not available.
Store credits are not available.
